Ahhhh! omg I haven't made a blog post in forever. This is the second week I've had my new computer (I was without one for over seven weeks....it felt like eternity) and I got a new phone because i dropped my blackberry in a bucket of water........only me. Anyways I had a lot of cool things on my phone that I wanted to blog about including T-shirt reconstruction, lion makeup, and how to do a zebra print french manicure (it was awesome! haha) but sadly now all my pictures and such are gone, so I will be working on re-making those blog posts. Well anyways I'm back to blogging :)

Scarves and Necklaces

My new favorite easy way to look put together(ish) is adding a long necklace with a scarf. I think I saw it on Selena Gomez or Vanessa Hudgens (I love both of their styles) one time. Anyways these past couple weeks I've been falling back on this combo and I think its worked out quite well :)

Reblogging: DIY Wrap Bracelets

I STUMBLEd UPON (my favorite procrastinating website :) google it if you dont already know what it is, its amazing) this DIY blogger: Honestly... WTF. She's brilliant and this wrap braclet I just HAD TO try. And the best part is?... it worked!! I'm so so happy with how the braclets turned out. ^ In the tutorial she does she uses a "brass ball chain", but since I couldn't find that I just used a crystal chain I found at Michaels.

Here are the tools I used. Sissors, needle nose pliers (to cut the crystal chain),  2mm leather cord (color: natural), crystal chain, natural cotton braiding cord, and my ipad with the instructions :)

This is the less intense picture of the supplies. Sorry for the mess in the background! ;) I also got more interesting colored cotton cord for the bracelets the second time around. It was the "tropical edition" and it has pink, purple, sky blue, green, and orange instead of the "natural colors" I bought the first time. I don't know when I'm ever going to use those two brown colors on top.

This is me starting the wrap bracelet. So far so good! I actually cheated a little bit and used a bit of hot glue to keep the crystal chain in place.

I also ended up using beads I had around my house instead of the "hex nut" HONESTLY...WTF used because I had no idea  where to find one of those things. (I have a feeling I should've tried somewhere like Home Depot, but lets face it I'm way too lazy to do anything like that).

12/22/2011 - New show WHITNEY

It's my first night of winter break (wohoo!) and in all this crazy free time I've had I discovered the show called Whitney, have you heard of it? It's kind of like New Girl with Zooey Deschanel, but better! haha I aspire for my life to be like the character Whitney's is on Whitney. She's so freaking cool! haha but in that subtly and quirky funny way :) I think its my new show :) hehe except for Pretty Little Liars, I will be a PLL fan forever

Okay so sadly this outfit of the day was inspired by the character Ariel Winters plays on Fred 2 Halloween Haunt (I was babysitting, okay....)

But anyways she is adorable and her outfits from the movie are so cute!!
